John Levy
John has a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, fifteen years of real estate management and mult-unit ownership. He was designated top residential sales agent every year since 1996. John Levy and Associates sell, on average, two homes every week John is a member of the Anchorage Multiple Listing Service, the Anchorage Board of Realtors and Market Masters, a select influential group of Anchorage’s top realtors.

Stephen LaRosa
Steve has worked full-time in the real estate industry since 1997. The father of two girls, Steve’s background in college hockey helps him weave his way through the countless details involved in every transaction. A self-described “detail oriented person” Steve does whatever it takes to help his clients through to closing a transaction. Growing up in a small Wisconsin town makes Steve particularly sensitive to the needs of people just moving to Alaska. An avid hunter and fisherman, Steve spends his days off with the girls at his favorite trout or salmon stream.

Jennifer Toomer
Jennifer has been working in real estate sales and property management since 1998. A nationally renowned college distance runner, this mother of three knows what it means to go the extra distance for her clients. Jennifer’s background in speech and communication really helps in explaining terms and concepts to first time home buyers as well as working with seasoned investors. Jennifer has sold properties ranging from $64,000 to $1,200,000 and relishes the challenge of working with buyers and sellers in all price ranges.
