Bonnie, a 28-year real estate veteran, is licensed in both Colorado and New Mexico and has the industry’s prestigious Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) credentials and the highly coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. To better serve their many buyers, Bonnie and Jim have both taken the extensive Accredited Buyers Agency training (ABR).  Her expertise is in the area of contract law, negotiation, appraisal and property speculation.

Jim, Bonnie’s real estate teammate since 1999, is licensed in both Colorado and Texas. A corporate manager at Texaco for 30 years who negotiated foreign oil and gas leases, Jims extensive engineering background and MBA gives buyers and sellers confidence in home-value analysis, property condition and financing options.

Jim and Bonnie met and married in 1964 while Jim was serving active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps. They soon moved to Denver where school and family became their priority. In addition to Colorado, the couple has lived in five states and Indonesia.
