About ANNE SCHILLING

Anne  has been  a top producer in the  Phoenix and Scottsdale areas since 1978.  Schilling Fine Homes was started in 1995 as Anne wanted a different approach to servicing her clients.  A more personalized approach is used and Anne listens and is able to counsel her clients on their best needs.  Many of her clients have become personal friends.  They have relocated from different parts of the country and she was able to guide them in the great lifestyle of the area as well as finding their dream home.

Jennifer Schilling is Vice President of Schilling Fine Homes and is in charge of  Marketing.  Jennifer brings to the company her education in Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.  She assists many sellers in “staging” their properties for showings.  Jennifer has assisted many second home buyers with counseling in furnishing their properties.  Jennifer was 18 months old when her mother, Anne, began her real estate career which has made her a “trouper” in the trenches through all the late and long hours her mother has devoted to her business.

BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE
Anne was raised in Brooklyn, New York. She worked for CBS records and Metromedia Records in Manhattan before moving to Buffalo to attend the University of Buffalo. In 1977, Anne and her family moved to to Phoenix. In 1978, she made a career move into real estate. Within two years, Anne was a multimillion dollar producer with Realty Executives. Anne achieved her Brokers license in 1981 which is an additional 120 hours in real estate over the sales person license.

She is a member of the Phoenix and Scottsdale MLS Boards and adhears to the ethical standards of the NAR (National Assoication of Realtors)

SERVICE
Anne has earned many real estate designations throughout her 27 plus years in the business. Some of these accolades include the Scottsdale Lifetime Million Dollar Award (5 consecutive years in the top 1% of the agents in the Scottsdale Board) and Who’s Who in American Real Estate.
